Most of our personalized gifts (photo frames, keychains) are handcrafted and dispatched within 2-4 working days. Custom wall art may take up to 5 working days depending on the design complexity.
Yes! If your shipping address is within Jagdalpur (494001), we offer expedited local delivery, often reaching you the same day your product finishes production.
You can easily upload your photo right on the product page before clicking 'Add to Cart'. If you have special requirements, you can also email or WhatsApp us your order number and high-resolution images.
Absolutely. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets. We never store your payment information.
Because our items are custom-made with your photos and text, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
