At Meraki Curation, every single item we craft is uniquely personalized and custom-made just for you. Because of the deeply personal nature of our products, they cannot be restocked or resold.
For this reason, we politely inform you that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds once an order has been created.
The Only Exception
We are human, and very rarely, mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong product or an item with a clear manufacturing defect, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right immediately.
